Responsible gambling at 1red Casino
Gambling should stay fun. If it stops feeling that way, 1red Casino lets you take a break, set limits or close access for good, and free help is a message away.
Self-exclusion
Email the support address listed in your account from the address registered to your account and tell us how long you want to stop. You can choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or a permanent exclusion. Requests made in live chat are not actioned, and our chat team will point you to email.
The exclusion starts once we have applied it and confirmed it to you, so wait for our reply before you rely on it.
Your balance and linked accounts
During an exclusion deposits, games and offers stop. Your balance stays in the account and can be withdrawn once the exclusion ends and the account is reactivated.
Linked accounts are closed too, for example those sharing a household, device, email, payment address, IP address or computer. Opening a new account while excluded is not allowed, and you need to tell us about any other accounts you hold.
When it ends
A timed exclusion runs to its end, then we email you and reactivate the account. A permanent exclusion can be lifted with a written request and a seven-day wait. We may refuse to reopen an account if we believe a gambling problem remains.
Spending and time limits
Decide what you can afford before you play, set a time limit, take breaks and never chase losses. Avoid playing when upset or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
Deposit limits can be set on card, bank and wallet payments. They do not apply to crypto deposits.
Under 18s
Nobody under 18, or the higher minimum age where you live, may play. We can ask for government photo ID at any time. If we suspect underage play, the account is locked during our check, winnings are retained, and deposits are returned or held until the player turns 18, less any transaction fees.
On shared devices, do not save your login details, and consider parental control software.
